In a completely staff run initiative, the employees of LightEdge have steadily grown a program of charitable donation and community involvement that has not only helped a variety of worthy causes, but also strengthened the personal and work relationships of all team members. We’re proud of the giving spirit of our employees, and are dedicated to continuing this tradition. Children's TLC Groundhog RunChildren’s TLC Groundhog Run
Every year, LightEdge sponsors a team to run the underground 5k benefiting the children of Ability KC. Ability KC brings together Rehabilitation Institute of Kansas City and Children’s Therapeutic Learning Center. Annually, 2700 individuals and families with special needs receive services for medical rehabilitation, therapeutic preschool, and employment services.

Each year, LightEdge supports the Variety Children’s Charity in the form of the radiothon and 2 Days of Compassion. The organization is dedicated to improving the lives of underprivileged, at-risk, and special needs children.
