Building Data

  • 12” reinforced pre-cast concrete walls with joints reinforced and tested to 200+ MPH winds
  • Dry membrane, double concrete roofing system to maximize tear off resistance, no roof penetrations in machine occupied areas
  • Build to suit up to 20,000 square feet of additional data center space on property
  • Facility #1 is 30,000 square feet total broken into four separate quadrants

  • Data center physical security complies with PCI-DSS v3.0, HIPAA / HITECH guidelines, and is audited annually using SSAE 16 SOC I, 2 & 3 Type II and ISO 20000 & 27001 requirements
  • Bulletproof glass at main entrance, secure check-in desk, Man traps, biometrics and tailgate sensors for all data center entrances
  • Closed-circuit TV monitored 24/7/365 with video archiving
  • 24×7 manned Network Operations Center with engineering staff performing hourly walk-arounds
