The Des Moines Register recently reported on our exciting growth projection and quoted CEO, Jim Masterson’s remarks that we are planning to more than double our staff in the Des Moines market. Looking at our numbers, it is evident that we are well on our way to accomplishing just this! 60% of our current staff was hired in the last 5 years, 35% in the past two years and 19% in 2014 alone… and this number keeps growing!
Our trending increase in growth has not only grabbed local attention with the community, but is something current employees notice through their day-to-day work.
