Growth is defined as “expansion” or “an increase, enlargement, or development, especially in the activities of a company.”  This definition is spot-on when describing LightEdge Solutions’ progression over the past few years.  As an industry leader committed to providing cutting-edge solutions for our customers, we feel it’s imperative to match the right people to the right positions to enable us to achieve our goals.

The Des Moines Register recently reported on our exciting growth projection and quoted CEO, Jim Masterson’s remarks that we are planning to more than double our staff in the Des Moines market. Looking at our numbers, it is evident that we are well on our way to accomplishing just this! 60% of our current staff was hired in the last 5 years, 35% in the past two years and 19% in 2014 alone… and this number keeps growing!

Our trending increase in growth has not only grabbed local attention with the community, but is something current employees notice through their day-to-day work. When employees were surveyed on what they were most excited about for LightEdge’s future, Sarah Roeder, Client Service Project Coordinator said, “The growth trajectory as well as being positioned to partner with so many other companies as they make important IT decisions in the coming months and years.” Lindsay Alderman, Customer Operations Manager, agreed when she noted, “It’s very exciting to be a part of the team knowing our hard work is directly impacting the growth of the company, and that we are helping build this company by delivering best in class service.”

LightEdge Solutions is moving and growing rapidly and there are no plans of slowing down anytime soon. We are currently adding a number of positions in our Customer Implementation, Sales & Consulting teams, and always accepting applications.
