Cisco chose LightEdge due to their leadership with the Intercloud project announced in September 2014, as well as their ongoing leadership in the Midwest deploying cloud services based on Cisco reference architecture. As a part of the updated offering, last month they announced that they would be partnering with ScienceLogic to become their first service provider partner in the Midwest for advanced cloud monitoring. LightEdge is also leading the way in deployment of the latest Cisco cloud technologies such as Unified Compute Systems (UCS) and UCS Director, which allows both the company and customers to add in automation for quicker deployments and more control. Their deployment and integration of these cloud technologies is quickly earning LightEdge the reputation as the leading cloud provider in the region.
