LightEdge’s Customer Operations Manager appointed President of local Association for Technical Support Professionals
DES MOINES, IA – February 2, 2016 – LightEdge is pleased to announce that its Client Operations Manager, Lindsay Alderman, has been appointed the President of the HDI Iowa local chapter. After serving as the membership and programs chair for the organization in 2014, Lindsay is excited to be stepping up as the president this year.
HDI Iowa is a local association for Help Desk and Client Support professionals. The organization provides a networking and learning forum for its members with monthly meetings and events. HDI Iowa is actively involved in regional and North American Help Desk Institute activities. As the president for the local HDI chapter, Lindsay will be responsible for actively participating and facilitating regular board meetings and attending training and regional activities held by the parent organization, HDI. Throughout these activities it is her goal to continuously attract new members and retain their existing members with their programming and events.
