LightEdge’s COVID-19 response

As COVID-19 continues to impact the global community, we wanted to share a note updating you on the safety measures we are taking as a company. Our goal is to minimize the health risk for our customers, employees and partners, ensure our facilities do not become transmission sites, and maintain business operations as normal for you.

Based on guidance from the World Health Organization, we have reviewed and enhanced our comprehensive Business Continuity Plan with specific steps to account for COVID-19.

Being a data center provider, you can rest assured that we are being extremely proactive to make sure your services and staff will not be impacted. As the situation continues to develop, LightEdge is instructing team members in certain locations to work from home. We have also fully tested facility redundancy should staff be unable to enter specific locations, and guaranteed all equipment has required maintenance completed while fully staffed.

Please rest assured we have tested this scenario thoroughly and are equipped to maintain the high-quality service and support you expect from us. Our support technicians will be here to assist you around the clock, as they always have. This is an unprecedented time for everyone, and the situation is changing daily. LightEdge Senior Leadership and our Emergency Response Team are meeting frequently to evolve our response real-time. As such, we are limiting employee travel, instructing employees to conduct meetings virtually as much as possible, and canceling our presence at all large-scale events. We will keep you informed of any additional restrictions we need to impose for the benefit of all of our customers as we try to balance the health, safety, and compliance of everyone involved.
