LightEdge maintains ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 20000-1 certifications and undergoes annual examinations and assessments by a third-party auditor for SOC 1 Type 2, SOC 2 Type 2, SOC 3, HIPAA/HITECH, and PCI DSS.
LightEdge has maintained its ISO 27001 certification since 2016 for its information security management system supporting their colocation, managed, and hosted services. Having an ISO 27001 certification empowers clients to make informed decisions about their cloud security services and ensures vendor accountability.
LightEdge also maintains ISO 20000-1 certification based on the globally recognized ITIL framework. Partnering with an ISO 20000-1 certified provider, like LightEdge, ensures all cloud hosting or IT infrastructure is managed consistently with an internationally recognized standard of excellence.
LightEdge also successfully completed SOC 1 Type 2, SOC 2 Type 2, and SOC 3 examinations. These assessments are carried out by a licensed CPA firm to assess the controls and processes supporting colocation, managed, and hosted services. The SOC examinations demonstrate LightEdge’s excellence in controls and processes which were designed to effectively meet specified control objectives (SOC 1) and applicable Trust Services Criteria (SOC 2 & SOC 3) throughout the reporting review periods.
Additionally, LightEdge successfully completed an attestation report relevant to its information security program for the colocation, managed, and hosted services related to HIPAA and HITECH. They have also once again achieved compliance with version 3.2 of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) relevant to its colocation services. LightEdge continues to be a validated PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider and demonstrates its data center facilities and services meet the strict security requirements set by PCI.
