LightEdge Solutions was thrilled to be able to be a part of the 5th Annual Big Slick Celebrity Weekend in Kansas City recently. Big Slick is an annual fundraising event hosted by some of Kansas City’s most well-known celebrities benefiting the Cancer Center at Children’s Mercy Hospital. LightEdge sponsored the Bocce courts at the Big Slick Bowling Tournament where patients from the hospital teamed up to play Bocce with some of the celebrity hosts.

LightEdge is looking forward to participating in several other community related activities this summer in both Des Moines and Kansas City including the following:
- LightEdge will be sponsoring the Big Brothers Big Sisters Big Shots Golf tournament in Des Moines, IA.
- LightEdge will be sponsoring the Jess Peyton Van Meeteren Memorial Golf Tournament on Friday, July 25th in Ankeny, IA.
- LightEdge will be sponsoring the KVC Kids Classic Golf Tournament on Monday, August 4th in Parkville, MO.
- Each summer LightEdge participates in the Adopt-a-Flowerbed program at Easter Seals Iowa Camp Sunnyside. LightEdge maintains a garden at the Child Development Center to help brighten the Center for clients and families.
